This is my first ever worst experience at Oaktel Hotel Grand Shiva, @Haridwar room services were very very bad, I.e. AC not working, TV not working, cleaning not done even after informing to so many persons, no any responsible person to answer or solve your issue, night lamp not working, one person says that you can sleep with bathroom light with open door, bath towel and bad sheet were torned, RO water just like tap water, we were booked 5 premium rooms, all rooms were same issues. We have complained to owner of the Hotel, he replied that we will give compensation for the same, but at last no any compensation was given, eventhough one person was musbehaveing and try to threatened me for full payment, at last we have to call police for the same and finally we have done full payment, no any compensation/discount given. Not recommend to anyone to go with this Hotel. It is just like dharmshala at high cost. Some pics attched here. Don't go for it.

Terrible hotel to stay, no facility, no cleaning rooms, dirty and tear bedsheet and towel, fall drops of water from AC, no room service after instructions, no replacement after complain, never ever stay in this hotel, it's better to stay in Dharamshala.

Pros- Good hotel with reasonable price. Food- portion size is good with good accompaniments. Room size is quite spacious for 2. Hospitality- very good. Cons- Rooms needs maintenance Lack of pest control. Quality of food can also be improved.

Poor service. no response on housekeeping, intercom does not have house keeping as an option to connect even in an premium category of Room, when we call at the reception they forget to respond to requirements. For a double occupancy room all single toiletries are provided. Rooms have insects roaming in bathroom and in the room areas.(Images Attached for reference) Only limited breakfast options available.
